Vice President of Nigeria Namadi Sambo has said that the country can produce 39.9 million metric tonnes of cement. Sambo said this during the Line II Ground-Breaking ceremony of the new UNICEM Cement Factory in Mfamosing, Calabar – Cross River State in Nigeria, where he represented the president.
